"Refund took way too long"
I felt frustrated having to chase them a few times just to get my refund sorted. It did come through in the end, which I’m relieved about, but the waiting and slow replies were really annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely expected better.

I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious when I ordered from Stylevana because skincare can be hit or miss with shipping. But my package showed up packed surprisingly well. The box was sturdy, and everything inside was wrapped in bubble wrap, so nothing was crushed or leaking. I kept checking the bottles like something had to be wrong, but nope, everything was clean and safe. Happy with how it turned out.

"Return was easy enough"
I’m usually skeptical when a company says returns are “simple” because that kind of polished wording usually means there’s a catch somewhere. But this one was fine. I emailed them, they actually replied, and the refund came through. It did take a little bit of time, so it wasn’t instant, but I didn’t have to chase them forever or deal with a bunch of hassle. Overall, easy and not stressful...

"Good prices, just expect a wait"
I ordered from Stylevana because the prices seemed good, and overall it worked out fine. The shipping was definitely slow though, it took a few weeks to show up, and the tracking barely changed for a while. I wasn’t totally surprised, since I’d kind of heard shipping can take some time, but still, it’s not ideal if you need something quickly. Everything arrived okay in the end, so I’d probably order again, just only when I’m not in a rush.

"Nice Perk, but I’m Still Figuring It Out"
I’ve ordered a few times now, and I always get a little excited when I remember I’m earning loyalty points. The first time I noticed them, I thought, “Oh nice, free rewards just for ordering.” But then I started checking back and wasn’t always sure when the points were supposed to show up or exactly how much I could use on my next order. It’s definitely a nice bonus, and I’m glad the program exists, but I do wish it was a bit more straightforward so I didn’t have to guess how it all works.

"Easy to Use Overall 🙂"
I found the site easy to use, and the filters made it a lot quicker to find what I needed. Checkout was smooth and simple too, which I always appreciate. The only small downside is that a few pages loaded slowly sometimes, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience 😊

I don’t know, the prices just didn’t feel worth it for how long I had to wait. Like, maybe if the service was faster or the food was amazing, sure, but as it was... yeah, I probably wouldn’t rush back

I ended up ordering from Stylevana because the shipping was cheaper than I thought it would be. It did take a while to show up, but I kind of expected that going in, so it wasn’t a big deal. I also liked that there weren’t any random extra fees at checkout. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again

"Kind of disappointed with the expiration dates"
My skincare order arrived just fine, so I’ll give them that, but of course two of the items expire in just a few months. It’s frustrating because skincare takes a while to get through, and now I feel like I’m stuck having to rush and use them before they go bad. I don’t know why I always end up dealing with this kind of thing, but it definitely makes the order feel less worth it

"So Many Beauty Finds"
I mostly like Stylevana because the product selection is kind of dangerous in the best way. There are so many skincare and makeup brands on there that I never see in local stores, and then I’ll go on just to look for one thing and somehow 30 minutes later I’m still scrolling, comparing serums, adding random lip tints to my cart, you know how it goes lol. It’s really nice if you’re into trying different Asian beauty products and want more options than what you can usually find nearby.

"Tracking should be more honest and reliable"
The tracking never updated properly, which was really frustrating. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s going on, but customers deserve clear and accurate information. It just feels like the right thing to do is keep people informed instead of leaving them guessing

"Great products, just a bit slow to arrive"
I ordered a few skincare products from Stylevana and I’m really thankful they ended up working well for my skin. The sunscreen feels super light, and the serum helped with my dryness after about a week. The only downside was the shipping took longer than I expected, so I’m giving 4 stars.
